Project: Evaluation of Massachusetts ENERGY STAR Lighting Program
NMR is leading a team conducting a multi-year evaluation of the Massachusetts ENERGY STAR Lighting Program. The evaluation tasks include focus groups and surveys among consumers to assess the market; process evaluation; estimating market size, penetration, saturation, and future market growth; assessing incremental costs for ENERGY STAR lighting; assessing trends in product quality; and conducting retailer and manufacturer surveys.

Project: Process Evaluation for the Northeast Utilities WRAP program and UI Helps Low-income weatherization program
NMR assessed the program implementation performance of two low-income programs in Connecticut, characterized the target market for the programs by triangulating from census data, program participation data, and participant surveys, and identified barriers to program delivery.

Project: Process Evaluation of the EESMARTS™ K-8 Energy Education Program
This project involved in-depth interviews, a survey of teachers, and development of a logic model to assess the effectiveness of this program intended to educate K-12 students.

Project: Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Awareness Programs and Activities
To monitor and evaluate CCEF's public awareness programs and activities to promote clean energy, NMR is conducting public awareness surveys, comparing program activities with those by other similar programs, and monitoring earned and complimentary media.
Client: Connecticut Clean Energy Fund
Project: Monitoring and Evaluation of Voluntary Markets Initiatives
To monitor and evaluate CCEF's voluntary market initiatives, NMR is developing a baseline of clean energy supply in Connecticut, measuring market activity, assessing the program's contribution (attribution), developing program theory and logic, and assessing consumer response.
Client: NYSERDA, under subcontract to Research Into Action (RIA)
Project: Process Evaluation and Evaluation Management
NMR, under subcontract to RIA, is part of the team conducting process evaluations of NYSERDA's entire suite of New York Energy $mart Programs. NMR is also a key part of the evaluation management team, which involves helping plan, design, coordinate, and analyze findings from all NYSERDA evaluation contractors.
