Project: Impact Evaluation of Residential Lighting Programs in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont
NMR led a team in an impact evaluation study of coupon and catalog sales from the 2003 Residential Lighting Programs (RLPs) in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont. This study involved a telephone survey of participating customers; on-site surveys using lighting loggers among participating customers; engineering estimates of energy and demand savings attributable to the programs; and secondary research concerning measure life, hours of use, and other issues.
